VTEC CAMPUS VISION & FORT GILLEM EXPANSION

The VTEC Hero Campus at Fort Gillem will transform a historic military installation into the nation’s first dedicated training and workforce hub for transitioning soldiers, veterans, and their families—a vision that will benefit the entire United States of America. Where service members once trained to defend the nation, they will now train for their next mission: building meaningful careers and strengthening their communities. By expanding partnerships with leading companies, VTEC will train more soldiers and ensure every participant has a guaranteed job once training is complete. This expansion will also create a dependable workforce pool for industries—including EV, renewable energy, cybersecurity, robotics, construction, and smart systems—that urgently need skilled workers.


  • Skilled Trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair.

  • Energy Solutions — EV wall chargers, Tesla Powerwalls, solar roofs/panels, universal energy storage.

  • EV & Automotive — Rivian Mobile Service Technician, Tesla Service Technician, autonomous fleet support.

  • Technology & Innovation — robotics, drones, 3D printing, AI, cybersecurity, digital health, bio-interface systems.

  • Telecom & Emergency Systems — ERCES installation and site reviews. Smart Systems smart home/building automation, facility maintenance, smart property management.

  • Construction — sustainable construction, green building technology.

  • Human Performance — sports wellness, recovery, resilience, performance training.

  • Graduates leave with soft skills, technical certifications, and industry-recognized credentials—backed by guaranteed employment through VTEC’s corporate partnerships.
