The Heroes Center

VTEC provides no-cost training for soldiers, veterans, and families, ensuring every graduate transitions into a meaningful career. By partnering directly with companies, VTEC trains soldiers in the exact skills employers need, creating a dependable workforce and guaranteeing jobs after service. Too many service members leave the military without clear career paths, facing unemployment or jobs that don’t match their abilities.

Through the 100forHeroes campaign, we are raising $100 million to transform Fort Gillem Army Base into the first national Hero Campus, preparing service members for high-demand careers while supplying companies with the talent they need.

Through our Future Warriors and Young Adult Internship Initiatives, we prepare young men and women for successful careers, leadership roles, and personal growth.
